Amla and Turmeric Udvartana Face Scrub

Udvartana means exfoliation or scrub.

The lavender and turmeric in this scrub lend to its anti-inflammatory properties and make it particularly beneficial for those prone to acne and sun spots. The Jaggery or Indian raw rock sugar makes for a gentle but effective exfoliation and smooths rough skin. The local raw honey is astringent and antimicrobial cleansing the skin.
